美沙酮维持治疗对男性性功能、泌乳素的影响及护理对策

摘要

Objective To survey the effect of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)on male Heroin addicts sexual function and serumal prolactin .Method According to the age matched ,two groups of men were selected as the research ob‐jects ,They were the heroin addicts group of no treatment and the group of MMT .The research objects were checked serumal prolactin ,and were investigated by International In‐dex of Erectile Function Questionnaire - 5 (IIEF - 5 ) . Result There were 25 percent sexual dysfunctionin in heroin addicts .In receiving treatment patients ,the serumal prolactin level was 7 .9 ± 5 .1 ng/ml ,which was lower than 14 .1 ± 6 .2ng/ml in the heroin addicts group of no treatment ;After treatment ,the score of IIEL -5 was 20 .4 ± 2 .6 ,which was lower than 22 .1 ± 3 .0 investigated before treatment .Conclusion Sexual dysfunction was common among heroin addicts . The questionnaire show that MMT had an adverse effect on sexual function ,but the research on prolactin tends not to sup‐port this view .%目的：研究美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）对男性海洛因依赖者性功能及泌乳素的影响。方法根据年龄配对选取两组男性作为研究对象，分为未治疗组48例和治疗组64例。分别测定血清泌乳素（PRL ），并用国际勃起功能指数－5问卷（IIEF－5）调查其性功能，进行比较。结果未治疗组性功能障碍发生率高达25％；治疗组PRL平均值（7．9±5．1）ng／ml ，较未治疗组PRL平均值（14．1±6．2）ng／ml明显下降；治疗组IIEF－5总分（20．4±2．6），低于未治疗组（22．1±3．0）分。结论海洛因依赖者普遍存在性功能障碍，美沙酮维持治疗对性功能有影响，但PRL检测发现M M T对男性性腺激素有改善。
