目的 探讨双轨道互动护理干预模式对社区糖尿病治疗依从性及并发症的影响.方法 将我院收治后出院的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采用常规护理.观察组采用双轨道互动护理干预.观察两组护理干预后各指标变化.结果 观察组护理干预后治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组除足部病变并发症外,其余并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 双轨道互动护理干预模式可提高患者治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To explore the effect of the two track interaction nursing intervention mode on the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes in community of our hospital after discharge, were randomly divided into two groups: control group (routine nursing) and observation group (dual interactive nursing).Index of patient compliance, complications and quality of life were observed in two groups after nursing intervention.Results The patients compliance in observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group (10%), foot disease rate of the control group (7.5%), the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the observation group after the intervention of other complications were dominant(P<0.05);compare the quality of life of patients after the intervention, the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Double track interactive nursing intervention model can improve patient compliance, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients after discharge is very effective, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
