癫痫发作对成年女性患者体质量及血清瘦素水平的影响

摘要

目的 探讨癫痫发作对成年女性患者体质量及血清瘦素水平的影响.方法 检测35例新诊断的成年女性原发性癫痫患者(癫痫组)和35名健康对照者(正常对照组)入组时及6个月后的体质量、身高及血清瘦素水平,并进行比较.观察癫痫患者的发作频率,对癫痫患者体质量与年龄、BMI和血清瘦素水平的关系进行相关性分析.结果 6个月后,癫痫组BMI及血清瘦素水平显著高于正常对照组(均P＜0.05),并且体质量、BMI及血清瘦素水平显著高于入组时(均P＜0.05).6个月中,癫痫患者癫痫发作(2.57±3.73)次/月.癫痫患者的体质量与癫痫发作频率、血清瘦素水平呈正相关(r=0.42,P=0.013;r=0.54,P=0.001).结论 女性癫痫患者的体质量和血清瘦素水平明显增高,并且其体质量增加与癫痫发作频率、血清瘦素水平高有关.%Objective To investigate effects of epilepsy on body weight and serum leptin level in female patient. Methods The weight, height were measured and the serum leptin level was detected at the enrollment time and 6 months later in 35 adult female with primary epilepsy (epilepsy group) and 35 health female (normal control group) , and the results were compared. The seizure frequency was observed in epileptic patients. Correlation analysis of the weight, age, the body mass index( BMI) , and the serum leptin levels in epileptic patients were performed. Results Six months later, BMI and the serum leptin level in epilepsy group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (all P<0.05). The body weight,BMI and the serum leplin level in the epilepsy group at 6 months later were significantly higher than that at enrollment time (all P < 0. 05). In the 6 months, the seizure was (2.57 ±3.73) limes/month in epileptic patients. The body weight of epileptic patients was positive correlation with the seizure frequency and the serum leplin level in the epilepsy group (r=0.42, P =0.013; r=0.54, P =0.001). Conclusion The body weight and-the serum leptin level in adult female with epilepsy are significantly increased, and the body weight increased is correlation with the seizure frequency and high serum leptin level.
