目的 探讨经皮室间隔化学消融术治疗肥厚性梗阻型心肌病的围术期护理.方法 回顾性分析55例肥厚性梗阻型心肌病行经皮室间隔化学消融术患者的病案资料,总结患者术前、术中、术后的护理.结果 术中出现47例轻、中度胸痛,8例重度胸痛,1例迷走反射,55例右束支传导阻滞,4例左束支传导阻滞,36例Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,55例多源性室早.术后55例患者均有不同程度的胸痛,3例Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,48例室性早搏,治疗后均转为窦性心律,康复出院.结论 加强围术期的观察可以提高护理质量,减少并发症的发生,提高手术效果,促进患者康复.%Objective The explore the perioperative nursing for patents with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy by treatment of percutaneous septal chemical ablation. Methods Clinical materials of 55 patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy by treatment of percutaneous septal chemical ablation were analyzed retrospectively, and the whole nursing measures were summarized. Results There were 47 cases of mild and moderate chest pain, 8 cases of severe chest pain, 1 case of vagal reflex, 55 cases of right bundle branch block, 4 cases of left bundle branch block, 36 cases of degree Ⅲ atrioventricular block and 55 cases of polygenic ventricular premature. Fifty-five patients had chest pain with varying degrees, 3 patients had degree Ⅲ atrioventricular block and 48 patients had ventricular premature beats. After treatment, all patients were converted to sinus rhythm and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Strengthening perioperative observation can improve the quality of nursing, reduce complications, improve the effect of operation and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
