CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺癌及肺部其他疾病中的诊断价值

摘要

目的 探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺癌及肺部其他疾病中诊断价值.方法 选取2008年3月～2010年12月住院患者117例,在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检.观察穿刺诊断的阳性率及并发症.结果 本组110例获得明确诊断,准确率为94.0％.并发症发生率为15.4％.结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检准确性高,创伤小,风险低,病人易耐受,具有较高的临床实用价值.%Objective To study the diagnostic value of percutaneous CT - guided needle lung biopsy in lung cancer and other lung diseases. Methods During March 2008 and December 2010, 117 hospitalized patients received the percutaneous CT- guided needle lung biopsy. The positive rate of biopsy diagnosis and complications were observed. Results In the group, 110 patients were diagnosed, and the accuracy rate was 94. 0%. Complication rate was 15.4%. Conclusion Percutaneous CT- guided needle biopsy with high accuracy, trauma, low- risk and patients well tolerated, which has high clinical value.
