食道癌术后早期应用肠内营养的临床观察和护理

         

摘要

目的 探讨食道癌手术后早期肠内营养支持的效果.方法食道癌术后早期经术中放置的十二指肠营养管应用能全力进行早期肠内营养,观察营养指标及肠内营养并发症.结果82例患者实施早期肠内营养后,体质量、血红蛋白、血清蛋白、总蛋白术后7d与术前无明显差异,肠内营养期间无严重并发症.结论食道癌术后早期肠内营养支持足一种安全,有效的方法,无严重并发症,有利于患者术后功能的恢复.%Objective To study the clinical outcome of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with carcinoma of esophagus. Methods Enteral nutrition was started via duodenal - nutrition tube placed during operation at the early stage of carcinoma of esophagus. Nutrition indexes and enteral nutrition complications were observed. Results Eight - two patients were given enteral nutrition. There were no obvious difference in weight, serum albumin, Hb, Tp between preoperative and postoperative Day 7, and there were no serious complications. Conclusion Early use of enteral nutrition after operation is a safe and effective method. It can decrease the occurrence of complications and be conducive to patients' early recovery.
