乳腺癌术后皮下再积液59例临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the cause of post operative subcutaneous liquid accumulation in patients with breast cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyze of 334 patients with breast cancer. 87 patients with mammary cancer underwent radical operation, and 247 cases were carried out modified radical rnastectomy. Results Subcutaneous fluid occurred in 59 cases (17.67％);there was a higher incidence of subcutaneous fluid in the electric knife group than in the sharp knife group. Conclusion The reasons post operative subcutaneous liquid accumulation in patients with breast cancer were as follows: high frequency of using electricity knife, indequate drainage and loose bandaged with chest bandage, etc.%目的 探讨乳腺癌术后皮下积液产生的原因.方法 对334例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析, 87例行乳腺癌标准根治术, 247例行乳腺癌改良根治术.结果 本组病例共发生皮下再积液59例(17.67%), 用电刀组皮下再积液发生率高于锐刀组.结论 乳腺癌术后皮下积液产生的主要原因有电刀的使用、引流不畅、胸带包扎太松等.
