植入式静脉输液港在高龄患者中的应用与护理

摘要

目的 评价植入式静脉输液港在保护高龄老年患者外周血管,减少反复穿刺带来的痛苦与危害时的作用.方法 对2例植入式静脉输液港老年患者的护理进行总结.结果 植入式静脉输液港应用减少了患者的痛苦,使用期间无并发症发生.结论 植入式静脉输液港应用方便、安全,提高了老年患者生存质量,减少了护理工作量.%Objective To evaluate the effect of implantable venous port on peripheral vessel protection and pain alleviation in senile patients with repeated puncture. Methods Nursing for 2 senile patients with implantable venous port was summarized. Results Implantable venous port was able to alleviate the sufferings of patients,and no patient had complications. Conclusion Implantable venous port is easy and safe,which can improve the survival quality of patients and reduce the nursing workload.
