狂犬病发病率增高原因剖析及护理对策

摘要

目的 分析狂犬病发病率上升因素,探讨有效预防途径.方法 回顾性分析护理34例狂犬病患者的临床资料,总结加强狂犬病预防工作的相关对策.结果 95.26％的病例被犬致伤感染,潜伏期3周～2月,未接种疫苗病例死亡率100％.结论 狂犬病发病率近年来又呈增高趋势,加强以健康教育为主的综合性护理是控制狂犬病发病率上升的主要预防措施.%Objective To analyze the causes of increased incidence rate of rabies and explore effective preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 34 rabies patients were retrospectively analyzed and related countermeasures for rabies prevention were also summarized. Results 95. 26% of rabies patients led to infection with an incubation period of 3 weeks to 2 months,and a 100% mortality rate was found when no vaccination was conducted. Conclusion The incidence rate of rabies tend to increase in recent years. Thus comprehensive nursing based on health education is the main preventive measure to control it.
