Objective To explore the application of blood glucose control nursing in coronary artery stent implantation of coronary heart disease patients complicated with type 2 diabetes meilitus. Methods A total of 100 coronary heart disease patients combined with diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received blood glucose control nursing in addition to the conventional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The level of blood glucose control during the perioperative during was better in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0. 05). The incision healing time,postoperative complications and hospital duration were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Blood glucose control nursing can effectively control the level of blood glucose of coronary artery disease patients combined with diabetes mellitus and ensure the safety of surgery.%目的 探讨控血糖护理在冠心病合并2型糖尿病患冠状动脉支架植入术中的应用及护理.方法 将100例冠心病合并糖尿病的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用控血糖护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组的围术期血糖控制水平显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组的切口愈合时间、术后并发症及住院时间显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 控血糖护理可以较好地控制冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血糖水平,有效缓解应激反应,确保手术安全性.
