奥沙利铂联合方案治疗大肠癌肝转移患者的护理

摘要

Objective Explore nursing care method to colorectal cancer with liver metastases treated by Oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 28 patients of colorectal cancer with liver metastases treated by Oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy. Results Unless one patient was unable to tolerate the gastrointestinal reactions to stop chemotherapy,the rest were completed four cycles of treatment without serious toxicity. Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy is an ideal solution for colorectal cancer with liver metastases. We can prevent and reduce the toxicity effectively and the quality of patients life are improved by systematic nursing intervention on the response to chemotherapy.%目的 探讨奥沙利铂联合方案治疗大肠癌肝转移的护理方法.方法 回顾性分析28例大肠癌肝转移患者用奥沙利铂联合方案治疗的临床资料.结果 本组除1例患者因无法耐受消化道反应停止化疗外,其余均完成了4个周期的治疗,未发生严重的毒副反应.结论 奥沙利铂联合方案是治疗大肠癌肝转移的理想方案,通过对化疗反应系统化的护理干预,有效地预防和减轻了毒副反应,提高了患者的生存质量.
