Objective To explore the evidence - based nursing in the diet care of patients with typhoid and improve life quality of patients. Methods Clinical nursing assessment wad conducted, literature was reviewed, and optimal nursing evidence was found. Thus appropriate nursing measures were chosen. Results The evidence-based diet care was administered to 28 patients with typhoid. Complications such as intestinal bleeding and intestinal perforation were found in no cases. Patients had appetite improved, took food as required, and acquired relevant knowledge of food hygiene. Conclusion The clinical application of evidence - based nursing makes traditional nursing more scientific, which effectively raises the level of nursing staff, greatly improves the quality of clinical nursing, and promotes the development of nursing science.%目的 应用循证护理探索伤寒患者病程中饮食护理方法,提高患者生活质量.方法 通过临床评估确定护理诊断,查阅文献资料,选择最佳护理证据,制定相应饮食护理措施.结果 通过对28例伤寒患者采用循证饮食护理,没有1例出现肠出血及肠穿孔并发症,患者食欲好转,按要求进食,掌握相关饮食卫生知识.结论 循证护理应用于临床,使传统护理经验走向护理科学发展,可有效提高护理人员整体护理水平,极大提高临床护理质量,促进护理学科的发展.
