综合护理干预对维持性血液透析便秘患者临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions on the clinical symptoms and life quality of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with constipation. Methods A total of 24 MHD patients with constipation received comprehensive nursing interventions. Clinical symptom integration scale and the Chinese version of concise health survey scale (SF - 36) were employed to evaluate the clinical symptoms and life quality of MHD patients with constipation before and after the treatment. Results After the comprehensive nursing interventions, the clinical symptoms of MHD patients with constipation were significantly improved, with a total effectiveness rate of 87.5 %. The life quality of patients was significantly improved. The differences in terms of physiological function, body pain, the vigor of life and mental health were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the life quality of MHD patients with constipation, and provide effective interventions and new ideas for clinical nursing and treatment.%目的 探讨综合护理干预措施对维持性血液透析(MHD)便秘患者的临床症状及生活质量的影响.方法 应用综合护理干预措施对24例MHD便秘患者进行干预,并应用临床症状积分量表和中文版简明健康调查量表(SF - 36)评估干预前后MHD便秘患者的临床症状和患者的生活质量.结果 通过综合护理干预后MHD便秘患者临床症状明显改善,总有效率为87.5％6.与综合护理干预前相比,干预后MHD便秘患者的生活质量明显提高,其中生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、生命活力和精神健康等5个维度,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预措施可有效改善MHD便秘患者临床症状及生活质量,为MHD患者临床护理与治疗提供有效的干预方法和新的思路.
