多重PCR法在志贺菌基因分型鉴定中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨多重PCR法在志贺菌基因分型鉴定中的应用价值.方法 采用多重PCR法对120例腹泻患者大便细菌标本进行基因分型鉴定,并对不同血清型的志贺菌进行有效性验证.结果 采用多重PCR法鉴定志贺菌的检出率为55.00％,血清凝集法检出率为33.33％,多重PCR法灵敏度和特异性均高于血清凝集法(P＜0.05).结论 应用多重PCR法鉴定志贺菌基因分型,具有检测敏感性高、特异性强等优点,有助于提高肠道致病菌检测的准确率及有效率.%Objective To explore the multiple PCR method in the application in the study of shigella genotyping.Methods The multiple PCR method was applied in defecate genotyping identification of bacterial specimen of 120 diarrhea patients,and the different serotype of shigella validation was tested.Results Identification rate by multiple PCR method of shigella detection was 55.00％,while identification rate by serum agglutination method was 33.33％.Multiple PCR method sensitivity and specificity were higher than the serum agglutination method (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Multiple PCR method for appraisal of shigella genotyping has the advantages of high detection sensitivity,strong specificity and so on,and helps improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection of enteric pathogen.
