患者教育程序对分离转换障碍患者的效果观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨临床应用患者教育程序对分离转换障碍患者心理、行为状态等方面的影响.方法 将46例分离转换障碍患者随机分为2组,进行为期4周的对照研究,分别实施医院常规治疗及护理(对照组)和医院常规治疗护理联合实施患者教育程序(研究组),采用住院患者护士观察量表(N0SIE)进行评定.结果 研究组患者NOSIE量表测评社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子分均较对照组明显提高(P<0.01),迟缓、抑郁、激惹因子分则较对照组显著下降(P<0.01).结论 临床应用患者教育程序可以调动分离转换障碍患者维护自身健康的潜能,从而调整患者的心理状态,提高患者的社会适应、生活自理等能力.%Objective To explore the effects of health education procedure on psychological and behavioral status in the patients with dissociative and conversion disorders. Methods 46 patients with dissociative and conversion disorders were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups had to finish a four- week conparative research collaboratively. The control group was conducted with conventional treatment and nursing, while the research group was conducted with conventional treatment, nursing and health education procedure. The effect was evaluated by Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE). Results According to results of NOSIE, the scores of social ability, social interest, personal cleanliness factor in the research group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), and the scores of sluggishness, depression as well as irritable factor were obviously lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical application of health education procedure in the treatment of patients with dissociative and conversion disorders can mobilize patients' potential to maintain their own health. Thus it can regulate patients' mental status and improve their ability of social adaptation and ability of daily life.
