Objective To explore the expression and significance of GST Ⅱ and Topo Ⅱ in gastric cancer tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was applied to determine expression conditions of GST- Ⅱ and Topo Ⅱ in gastric cancer tissue of 160 patients, and its relationships with age, gender, the biggest diameter of tumor, pathological grade, depth of tumor infiltration, lymph node metastasis and staging were analyzed. Results The expression of GST- Ⅱ was closely related to age, gender, depth of tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis, while no association with the biggest diameter of tumor, pathological grade and staging. The expression of Topo Ⅱ was significantly associated with gender, the biggest diameter of tumor, pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and staging, while no association with age and depth of tumor infiltration. Conclusion As for patients with gastric cancer, detection of the expression of GST- Ⅱ and Topo Ⅱ in gastric cancer tissue has a certain significance in making individual therapeutic schedule and evaluating the prognosis.%目的 探讨胃癌组织中谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶Ⅱ(GST-Ⅱ)及拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoⅡ)的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测106例患者胃癌组织中GST-Ⅱ及TopoⅡ的表达情况,并分析其与年龄、性别、肿瘤最大直径、病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及分期的关系.结果 GST-Ⅱ的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况显著相关,而与肿瘤最大直径、病理分级、分期无关.TopoⅡ的表达与性别、肿瘤最大直径、病理分级、淋巴结转移及分期显著相关,而与年龄、肿瘤浸润深度无关.结论 检测胃癌组织中GST-Ⅱ及TopoⅡ的表达对胃癌患者制定个性化治疗方案及判断预后具有一定意义.
