目的：探讨快速康复外科理念在急腹症手术患者围术期的应用效果。方法将100例急腹症手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予快速康复外科理念护理（观察组）和传统护理（对照组），比较2组患者的术后康复情况、护理满意度以及住院费用。结果2组患者的手术时间差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；观察组术后的首次排气时间、排便时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组，体质量下降少于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论快速康复外科护理能够促进急腹症手术患者术后康复，减少并发症，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用。%Objective To explore the application effect of fast rehabilitation surgery con-cept on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute abdominal disease.Methods 100 acute abdomen operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients were given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in the observation group and the patients were given traditional nursing in control group respectively.Postoperative rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction and hospitalization expenses was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).First exhaust time,defecation time,eating time,ambulation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the decreased body weight was less than that in the control group,hospitalization costs was less than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Fast rehabilitation surgery concept can promote the recovery of acute abdomen operation,shorten hospital stay,and reduce postoperative complica-tions and hospitalization expenses.
