聚焦超声治疗在外阴上皮内非瘤样病变中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探究运用聚焦超声对外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取近两年在本院接受治疗的外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的患者100名，将其随机分为对照组和实验组两组，对照组患者采用保守药物进行治疗，实验组患者采用聚焦超声的方法对患者进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组与对照组经治疗后，实验组的总有效率（100．00％）明显高于对照组的总有效率（70．00％），实验组患者的复发率情况（8．00％）明显低于对照组患者的复发率情况（50．00％），差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对于外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的患者，应用聚焦超声对患者进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效，且安全可靠。%Objective To explore the effect of focused ultrasound on treatment of patients with vulvar non-neoplastic epithelial disorders.Methods 100 patients with vulvar non-neoplastic epithelial disorders were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group was treated with conservative drug,while experimental group was treated with focused ultrasound. Clinic effect was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 100.00%,which was significant higher than 70.00% of control group;the recurrence rate of experimental group was 8.00%,which was significant lower than 50.00% of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Application of focused ultrasound in treatment of patients with vulvar non-neoplastic epithelial disorders can effectively improve the syndrome of patients,and it is safe and reliable.
