目的 探讨呼吸运动康复护理对肺结核住院患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2015年7-12月收治的初治肺结核患者120例为观察组,给予呼吸运动康复护理.选取2015年1--6月收治的初治肺结核患者100例为对照组,给予常规护理.比较2组的治疗效果、运动耐力以及肺功能.结果 观察组的痰液转阴率高于对照组,病灶吸收情况好于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组干预3个月后的6 min步行距离大于对照组,FEV1、FEVJFVC高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 呼吸运动康复护理在一定程度上能够提高肺结核患者的治疗效果,改善患者的肺功能以及运动耐力.%Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on treatment efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 120 primary pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from July to December 2015 were selected as observation group,given the respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing,and another 100 cases with primary pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January to June 2015 were selected as control group,given routine nursing.The therapeutic efficacy,exercise tolerance and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The sputum negative rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the absorption of the lesions was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The walking distance of 6 min in the observation group after 3 month intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Respiratory exercise rehabilitation can improve the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis,and enhance the lung function and exercise endurance of patients,so it is worthy of popularizing.
