围术期体位护理对视网膜脱离患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨围术期体位护理对视网膜脱离患者功能复位的效果.方法 选取视网膜脱离患者100例作为研究对象,按照数字随机原则均分成2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围术期体位护理,对比2组患者对护理服务的评价、复位率、护理依从性和并发症发生率.结果 观察组患者视网膜复位率为96.0％、护理依从性为92.0％、并发症发生率为6.0％、护理满意度为96.0％,对照组分别为84.0％、100％、16.0％、84.0％,2组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在视网膜脱离行功能复位治疗围术期实施体位护理干预,能够提升护理服务质量和护理依从性,提高复位率和安全性,值得推广使用.%Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative postural nursing measures on functional recovery in patients with retinal detachment.Methods A total of 100 patients with retinal detachment were divided into two groups according to the principle of the number.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with postoperative postural nursing.Nursing service,reset rate,nursing compliance and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The retinal reattachment rate,the nursing compliance,the complication rate,and satisfaction in the observation group were 96.0,92.0％,6.0％,96.0％ inobservationgroup,respectively.Andwere 84.0％,100.0％,16.0％,84.0％,respectively in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative postural nursing measures for retinal detachment can improve the quality of care and nursing compliance,improve the reset rate and safety,so it is worthy of popularization.
