目的 探讨有氧运动与松弛疗法对乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量和症状群的影响效果.方法 选择接受化疗治疗的女性乳腺癌患者116例,以随机数字表法均分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用有氧运动与松弛疗法,观察并比较2组干预前后症状群、生活质量及情绪状态.结果 干预后,研究组心理症状群、激素相关症状群、消化系统症状群及自我形象紊乱症状群评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),研究组生理状况、功能状况、情感状况、社会/家属状况及附加关注评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 有氧运动与松弛疗法应用在乳腺癌化疗患者中效果显著,可有效改善生活质量与症状群,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective To study the influence of aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy on quality of life and symptoms of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 116 female breast cancer patients in our hospital were divided into study group and control group by random number table.The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the study group applied aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy on the basis of the control group.And the symptoms,quality of life and emotions before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the psychological symptoms,hormone related symptoms,the digestive system symptoms and self-image disorder symptoms scores in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the physiological status,functional status,emotion,social/family conditions and additional attention scores were higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise and relaxation therapy for patients with breast cancer chemotherapy has a significant effect,and it can effectively improve the quality of life and symptoms,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
