麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的围手术期整体护理

摘要

Objective To analyze effect of perioperative holistic nursing for benign breast tumor patients with Mammotome minimally invasive treatment.Methods A total of 90 patients with benign breast tumors in our hospital receiving the Mammotome treatment were divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Observation group was given holistic nursing intervention,and the control group was treated with general nursing intervention.Anxiety and depression scores,surgery and hospital stay,complications and quality of life score were compared.Results Before treatment,anxiety and depression scores of two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);After nursing,anxiety and depression scores were decreased,but observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);Complication rate in the observation group was lower,surgery and hospital stay were shorter,and average quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can improve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten operative time and hospitalization time,and improve the quality of life of benign breast tumor patients with Mammotome minimally invasive treatment.%目的 分析麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的围术期整体护理效果.方法 选择本院接受Mammotome微创旋切术治疗的90例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.观察组患者给予整体护理干预,对照组患者给予一般护理干预,比较2组患者治疗后的焦虑和抑郁评分、手术时间和住院时间、并发症情况及生存质量评分.结果 护理前,2组患者焦虑和抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,2组患者护理后焦虑和抑郁评分均有下降,其中观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组;观察组的平均生活质量评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的围术期整体护理干预可改善患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间和住院时间,提高患者治疗后的生活质量.
