预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的集束化护理措施

摘要

目的 探讨预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的集束化护理措施.方法 选择本院ICU行机械通气治疗的104例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表将其分为对照组与研究组各52例.对照组采取常规机械通气护理方案,研究组在此基础上实施集束化护理干预.观察对比2组机械通气患者VAP的发生率、气管切开率与病死率,以及ICU入住时间、机械通气时间与住院费用.结果 研究组机械通气患者VAP的发生率、气管切开率与病死率均低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组机械通气患者ICU入住时间、机械通气时间与住院费用均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 集束化护理措施能够有效预防VAP的发生,缩短机械通气、住院费用、ICU人住时间,降低气管切开率与病死率,进一步保证了患者的就医质量.%Objective To explore cluster nursing measures in prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods A total of 104 patients in ICU treated with mechanical ventilation were divided into control group and study group,with 52 cases per group.The control group adopted routine mechanical ventilation nursing,while the study group implemented cluster nursing intervention.The incidence of VAP,tracheotomy rate and mortality,and ICU stay time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of VAP,tracheotomy rate and mortality in the study group were lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The ICU stay time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization cost were lower in the study group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing measure can effectively prevent the occurrence of VAP,shorten the mechanical ventilation,and ICU stay time,reduce hospital costs,the rate of tracheotomy and mortality,and further ensure medical quality of patients.
