食管癌术后喉返神经损伤致肺炎的预防及护理

摘要

Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of pneumonia caused by recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 35 patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophageal cancer surgery were enrolled in this study.Targeted nursing measures were taken and the incidence of post-nursing pneumonia was observed.Results Among 35 patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve,1 patient with bilateral respiratory recurrent nerve injury was died of severe respiratory failure due to recurrent aspiration pneumonia.The remaining 34 patients were discharged.Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection,and it is conducive to postoperative recovery.%目的 探讨食管癌患者术后喉返神经损伤致肺炎的预防及其护理措施.方法 本研究纳入食管癌术后喉返神经损伤的患者35例,对其实施针对性的护理措施,并观察护理后肺炎的发生率.结果 35例喉返神经的患者中,1例患者双侧喉返神经损伤患者因反复出现吸人性肺炎导致严重呼吸衰竭死亡.其余34例患者痊愈出院.结论 针对性的护理干预措施能够降低术后肺部感染的发生率,有利于术后恢复.
