植入式静脉输液港对淋巴瘤化疗患者预后生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨植入式静脉输液港(IVAP)对淋巴瘤化疗患者预后生活质量的影响效果.方法 选取140例淋巴瘤患者根据静脉给药方法的不同分为观察组83例和对照组57例,对照组采用外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)输液,观察组应用IVAP输液,对比2组管路维护时间、导管留置时间、并发症发生率及生活质量情况.结果 观察组管路维护时间短于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.4％,低于对照组的15.8％(P＜0.05);化疗后观察组精神及心理方面、生理方面、其他方面、生活质量总分均较对照组改善明显(P＜0.05),但2组社会方面生活质量差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 IVAP在淋巴瘤患者化疗中应用效果较好,可明显缩短管路维护时间,延长导管留置时间,降低并发症发生率,减缓患者化疗期间生活质量下降程度,对于改善预后与提高生活质量具有积极意义.%Objective To investigate the effect of implantable venous access port (IVAP)in improving the quality of life of patients with lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods A total of 140 hospitalized patients with lymphoma in our hospital were divided into observation group (83 cases)and control group (57 cases) according to the different methods of intravenous administration.The control group was treated with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC),and the observation group used IVAP infusion.The duration of catheter maintenance,catheter retention time,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The retention time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the catheter retention time was significantly longer than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.4％,which was significantly lower than 15.8％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After chemotherapy,the life quality scores in mental and psychological,physical aspects in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P ＜0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion IVAP in lymphoma patients with chemotherapy has better efficacy,and it can significantly shorten the catheter maintenance time,prolong the catheter retention time,reduce the incidence of complications,ease the decline degree of quality of life for patients during chemotherapy,and improve the prognosis and quality of life.
