二甲双胍和格列齐特缓释片对2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者血糖及血脂的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of metformin and gliclazide sustained-release tablets on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metformin,while the patients in the observation group were treated with gliclazide sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,blood lipid levels,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-h plasma glucose (2 h PG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Metformin and gliclazide sustained-release tablets can effectively improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hyperlipidemia and do not increase adverse events.%目的 研究二甲双胍和格列齐特缓释片对2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者血糖及血脂的影响.方法 选取2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者92例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各46例.对照组使用二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用格列齐特缓释片.对比2组患者的血糖、血脂水平以及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均较对照组显著降低(P＜0.05);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 二甲双胍和格列齐特缓释片可有效改善2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者的血糖及血脂水平,且不增加患者不良反应.
