肝细胞癌早期诊断血清学标志物的研究进展

摘要

肝细胞癌（HCC）是一种发生率和致死率均较高的严重威胁人类健康的疾病。目前尚无一种血清学指标可以单独早期诊断 HCC。总结了近年发现对 HCC 早期诊断有潜在价值的血清学标志物，并对其在诊断 HCC 的敏感性和特异性以及判断疾病进展等方面进行阐述，认为对 HCC 早期诊断应通过联合其他血清学标志物以弥补甲胎蛋白在敏感性方面的不足。%Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)is a disease with high incidence and mortality and has become a serious threat to human health. So far,none of the available markers can be used alone for early diagnosis of HCC.Recently identified serum markers with potential clinical value for early diagnosis of HCC are summarized,and their diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,as well as their applications in assessment of progression of the disease,are reviewed.It is suggested that alpha -fetoprotein should be used in combination with other serum markers to achieve accurate diagnosis of HCC at early stages.
