前列腺组织中5型磷酸二酯酶的表达及临床意义初探

摘要

Objective To elucidate phosphodiesterase 5 ( PDE5 ) expression in normal prostate and henign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH )tissues and its clinical significance in BPH patients. Methods Using immunohistochemical staining method , we detected PDE5 expression level in normal prostate and BPH tissues. Results Little PDE5 was detected in normal prostate tissues. Enhanced expression of PDE5 was detected in BPH tissues, and the staining observed in the glandular region was not as high in degree as the staining ohserved in the stromal part. The quantitation of PDE5 showed no correlation with age of patients and Qmax, hut had positive correlation with prostatic volume, IPSS, PVR and PSA. Conclusion PDE5 was highly expressed in BPH tissue. These results suggest that PDE5 may play functional roles in benign prostatic hyperplasia and may be involved in the pathogenesis of BPH.%目的 探讨5型磷酸二酯酶(PDE5)在正常前列腺、良性前列腺增生组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化技术检测正常前列腺组织及良性前列腺增生组织中的PDE5表达,并探讨PDE5表达与良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的前列腺体积、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)值、残余尿、年龄、国际前列腺症状评分问卷表(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)之间的关系.结果 免疫组化结果显示:正常前列腺组织PDE5表达极弱.BPH中PDE5高表达,但间质中表达强于上皮细胞.BPH组织中PDE5的表达与前列腺体积、IPSS、残余尿、PSA呈正相关,但与年龄、Qmax无明显相关性.结论 PDE5在BPH组织中有较强表达,可能对BPH的病理生理过程产生重要作用.
