儿童螨性呼吸道过敏性疾病中眼结膜激发试验的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨儿童螨性呼吸道过敏性疾病中眼结膜激发试验(CPT)的应用的价值.方法 对我院自2008年10月至2010年3月初步确诊的变应性鼻炎患儿61例,经过血清特异性IgE检测筛选出螨变应原阳性50例患者,经安脱达屋尘螨进行脱敏治疗前后,进行CPT检测.结果 筛选出的50例患者(皮肤点刺在+++以上)检测阳性率为100%,CPT检测的敏感性为91.5%,特异性为92.3%,有效性为91.4%.其引发的症状一般较轻微,仅限于眼部和鼻部.结论 CPT是一种诊断呼吸变态反应病因的简易方法,其具有较高的特异性和敏感性,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of conjunctival provocation test ( CPT ) in the diagnosis of mite respiratory allergy.Methods Fifty mite allergen - positive patients were screened out with serum specific IgE detection from 61 cases of children allergic rhinitis diagnosed in our hospital from October 2008 to March 2010. Conjunctival provocation test was performed before and after the treatment of Alutard for house dust mite desensitization. Results The positive rate in 50 mite allergen - positive patients ( skin prick ≥ + + + ) was 100％. Conjunctival provocation test showed high sensitivity ( 91.5％ ) and specificity ( 92.3％ ). The effectiveness of the test was 91.4％. The symptoms caused by the test were relatively minor and confined to eye and nose. Conclusion Conjunctival provocation test is a sensitive and specific test for the identification of allergen. The test provides a reliable basis for desensitization treatment in patients with allergic rhinitis.
