Objective To study the related factors for development of pressure sores in high - risk orthopedic patients. Methods A survey of questionnaires had been adopted in 127 patients with orthopedic pressure sores and their related family members. Results The education level of patients, realization of knowledge about the disease, relationship of accompanying persons with patients, the muscular strength of patients and the degree of injury in spinal cord, patient's economic status and life quality of care offering persons were factors related to the occurrence of pressure sores. Conclusion The formation of pressure sores in high risk orthopedic patients had been affected by many related factors such as educational level of patients, realization of knowledge about the disease, relationship of accompanying persons with patients, muscular strength of patients and the degree of injury in spinal cord, the economic status of patients, the life quality of care offering persons etc.%目的 探讨影响骨科高危病人形成压疮(PU)的相关因素.方法 采用问卷的方法对127例骨科PU病人及家属进行调查.结果 病人的文化程度、对疾病的知情情况、陪护人员与病人的关系、病人的肌力及脊髓损伤的程度、病人的经济状况、照顾者生活质量等与PU发生具有相关性.结论 骨科高危病人PU的护理中要重视病人的文化程度、对疾病的知情情况、陪护人员与病人的关系、病人的肌力及脊髓损伤的程度、病人的经济状况、照顾者生活质量等因素,做好针对上述因素的护理,有利于减少PU的发生.
