Objective To explore the expression of serum IL - 20 and its influencing factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into RA in active phase group and RA in alleviative phase group according to condition of illness, and control group was established at the same time. Serum level of IL -20 had been examined, and relationship between serum level of IL -20 and clinical and biochemical indicators such as ESR, CRP, duration of morning stuffing etc were compared and analyzed. Results Serum level of IL - 20 in RA patients was significantly elevated compared with that of control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , even it was much higher in patients with RA in active phase ( P < 0. 05 ) ; and serum level of IL - 20 was closely correlated to duration of morning stuffing, joint pain index , ESR , CRP, RF and X - ray staging. Conclusion Serum level of IL - 20 is probably related to the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis, and it in a certain extent may reflect the activity of rheumatoid arthritis.%目的 探讨白细胞介素-20在类风湿关节炎患者血清中的表达及影响因素.方法 根据病情,将50例类风湿性关节炎患者分为活动期类风湿性关节炎组、缓解期类风湿性关节炎组,并设立对照组,通过酶联免疫吸附法检测其血清白介素-20水平并与红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、晨僵时间等临床生化指标间的关系.结果 与对照组相比,类风湿性关节炎患者血清白介素-20水平明显升高(P＜0.05)且以活动期类风湿性关节炎患者尤甚(P＜0.05);血清白介素-20与晨僵时间、关节压痛指数、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白类风湿因子及X线分期均有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 IL-20可能与类风湿性关节炎的发生发展相关,并在一定程度上反映了类风湿性关节炎的活动情况.
