目的 探讨不同皮瓣转移修复胫前软组织缺损的方法.方法 回顾性分析53例胫前软组织缺损手术病例资料,对腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣、小腿前外侧皮瓣、腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣、健侧小腿内侧桥式皮瓣的适应证、成活率、感染率进行分析比较.结果 53例均成活,胫前软组织缺损均得到修复.其中小腿内侧桥式皮瓣4例、腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣2例发生轻度感染,腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣和健侧小腿内侧桥式皮瓣均未发生感染病例.结论 根据胫前软组织缺损的部位、周围组织情况选用不同的皮瓣、肌瓣转移覆盖操作简单,成功率高,疗效肯定.%Objective To explore the measures for repairing pretibial soft tissue defect by different skin flaps. Methods The data of 53 patients with pretibial soft tissue defect were retrospectively compared and analyzed for indications, survival rate and infection rate with four kinds of skin flaps. Results Skin flaps were survived with I stage in 53 cases. Pretibial soft tissue defect was successfully repaired in all patients. 4 cases of medial leg bridge flap and 2 cases of Medial head of gastrocnemius muscle flap were appeared slight infection. And the group of sural nerve nutrient vessels flap and the eras inside bridge type flap group didnt appear infections. Conclusion Surgeons should be flexible to choose different transferable flaps to repair pretibial soft tissue defects according to the locality and characteristics of soft tissue defects.
