“醒脑开窍”针刺法配合康复疗法治疗脑卒中失语100例临床观察

摘要

目的 观察采用“醒脑开窍”针法配合康复疗法治疗脑卒中失语的临床观察.方法 将100例脑卒中失语患者随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯康复训练疗法,治疗组采用“醒脑开窍”针法结合康复手法,于治疗4周后进行疗效评定.结果 治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 “醒脑开窍”针刺结合康复疗法治疗脑卒中失语较单纯康复训练治疗脑卒中失语症疗效显著.%Objective Observation of using "XingNaoKaiQiao" needling combined with rehabilitation techniques for treatment of apoplex-y aphasia in clinical efficacy. Methods 100 cases of aphasia patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups, the control group using a simple rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group was treated by "XingNaoKaiQiao" needling combined with rehabilitation techniques. The curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks treatment. Results After 4 weeks, the treatment group and the control group had significant difference( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques for treatment of poststroke aphasia curative effect remarkable.
