血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang与中晚期糖尿病肾病的关系研究

摘要

目的：探讨血浆人尾加压素Ⅱ（ UⅡ）、一氧化氮（ NO）、丙二醛（ MDA）、同型半胱氨酸（ Hcy）及血管紧张素（ Ang）与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法选取2012年1月至2013年12月收治的88例糖尿病肾病患者为观察组，同时以88名健康同龄人为对照组。检测两组患者血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang水平，并比较其中不同糖尿病肾病分期者的检测水平，另以Logistic分析血浆检测指标与糖尿病肾病的关系。结果观察组患者血浆NO低于对照组，血浆UⅡ、MDA、Hcy及Ang水平高于对照组，且糖尿病肾病分期较高者的NO低于分期较低者，血浆UⅡ、MDA、Hcy及Ang水平则高于分期较低者。经Logistic分析显示上述血浆指标与糖尿病肾病均有密切的关系（ P均﹤0.05）。结论糖尿病肾病患者的血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang呈现异常的状态，与疾病有较为密切的关系，可作为监测疾病的有效指标。%Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma UⅡ,NO,MDA,Hcy,Ang and diabetic nephropathy. Meth-ods 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were included into the observation group. 88 healthy persons with the same age were included into the control group. Then the plasma UⅡ,NO,MDA,Hcy and Ang of two groups were detec_ted and compared between two groups. The detection levels of patients with different diabetic nephropathy stage were compared. The relationship between the plasma levels and diabetic nephropathy were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results The plasma NO of observation group was low_er than that of control group. The plasma UⅡ,MDA,Hcy and Ang were higher than those of control group,and the NO of patients with higher diabetic nephropathy stage were lower than those with lower stage. The plasma UⅡ,MDA,Hcy and Ang were higher than those with lower stage. The plasma indexes all had close relationship to the diabetic nephropathy. There were all significant differences(all P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The plasma UⅡ,NO,MDA,Hcy and Ang of patients with diabetic nephropathy show abnormal state. All these indexes have close relationship to the disease. Therefore,it can be the effective index for the disease surveillance.
