前次剖宫产手术时机及其后人工流产史与剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠关系的临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between the time of operation of cesarean section,the number of abortion times after cesarean section and cesarean scar pregnancy( CSP). Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of CSP were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 65 cases of CSP,49(75. 4%)underwent cesarean section before the stage of labor,only 16(24. 6%)in the stage of labor;and 52(80. 0%) had abortion history after previous cesarean section,only 13(20. 0%)were the first time pregnancy after previous cesarean section. Conclusion CSP is more likely to occur in patients who underwent cesarean section before labor,and the history of abortion after previous cesarean section increases the risk of CSP.%目的：探讨前次剖宫产手术时机及其后人工流产史与剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠（ CSP）之间的关系。方法回顾性分析、总结北京友谊医院近10年来收治的剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠65例临床资料。结果65例CSP患者中有49例（75.4%）剖宫产手术时机为临产前，仅16例（24.6%）为进入产程后剖宫产；52例（80.0%）患者在剖宫产后及此次CSP之间有过人工流产史，仅13例（20.0%）为剖宫产后首次妊娠。结论前次剖宫产手术时机为临产前者较产程中者剖宫产术后更易发生子宫瘢痕部位妊娠，剖宫产术后宫腔手术操作史增加了其后出现CSP的风险。
