螺内酯联合地尔硫艹卓治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床效果探究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of spironolactone combined with diltiazem for patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with diastolic heart failure were chosen from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital to receive treat-ment. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and patients in the observation group were treated based on the conventional therapy to spironolactone and diltiazem drug treatment,to observe and compare the two groups of patients with left ventricular diastolic function change,6 min walk test and brain natriuretic peptide levels. Results The peak E,A,E / A ratio of observation group of patients after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Spironolactone drug combined with diltiazem can be a good treatment of diastolic heart failure disease,without increas-ing the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨螺内酯联合地尔硫艹卓治疗舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月收治的80例舒张性心力衰竭患者，随机分为两组，各40例。对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组采取常规治疗+螺内酯+地尔硫艹卓进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者的左室舒张功能变化、6 min 的步行试验及脑钠肽水平。结果观察组患者治疗后的舒张早期最大血流峰值速度（E 峰）、舒张晚期最大血流峰值速度（A 峰）、E/ A 比值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P 0.05）。结论螺内酯联合地尔硫艹卓药物治疗舒张性心力衰竭疾病临床效果满意，能改善心室舒张功能，提高心脏功能，最终改善心力衰竭，不增加不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
