参芪五子降脂汤治疗高血脂症120例临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of shenqiwuzijiangzhi decoction on hyperlipaemia. Methods One hundred twenty cases of hyperlipaemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the patients in the control group were treated with simvasta-tin,the patients in treatment group were treated with shenqiwuzijiangzhi decoction. The clinical effect and side effect were evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(91. 67% )was higher than the control group(78. 33% )( P ﹤ 0. 05). The lipid parameters in both groups were improved,but the improvement was more significant in treatment group than control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events in two group had no statistically significant difference( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqiwuzijiangzhi decoction is effective and safe for the treatment of hyperlipaemia.%目的：观察参芪五子降脂汤治疗高血脂症的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2014年4月间收治的120例高血脂症患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组，对照组常规给予辛伐他汀治疗，治疗组给予中药参芪五子降脂汤加减治疗，8周为一个疗程，一个疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%，对照组总有效率为78.33%，治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。两组治疗后各项血脂指标均显著改善，且治疗组优于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异（ P ﹤0.05）。结论中药参芪五子降脂汤加减治疗高血脂症效果显著，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
