Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of the Prolift whole pelvic suspension surgery with the conventional transvag-inal repair with pelvic organ prolapse disease. Methods 66 cases of POP patients diagnosed in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology from June 2014 to March 2015,according to the different surgical methods were divided into two groups randomly. The study group were treated with Prolift whole pelvic suspension,the control group underwent conventional vaginal repair surgery. The preoperative and postoperative recovery of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results The bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time was significantly less in study group than the control group( P 0. 05). The preop-erative vaginal length in the study group and the control group ,did not show significant difference by the statistical analysis. And these indexes af-ter the study group were significantly longer than that of the control group( P 0. 05). After 6 months of follow - up,the cure rate and the objective cure rate of study group was significantly higher than the control group( P 0.05）；两组术前阴道长度经统计学分析发现无明显差异，而术后研究组明显长于对照组（ P 0.05）；术后6个月随访研究组的主观治愈率和客观治愈率，研究组明显高于对照组（ P <0.05）。结论 Prolift 全盆悬吊术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂性疾病的临床疗效优于传统经阴道修补术，具有极大的临床应用价值。
