电针配合七星针叩刺治疗外展神经麻痹

摘要

目的:观察电针配合七星针叩刺治疗外展神经麻痹的临床疗效.方法:将60例外展神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用电针配合七星针叩刺治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率86.7％,对照组总有效率为70.0％,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:电针配合七星针叩刺是治疗外展神经麻痹的一种有效治疗方法.%Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus seven - star needle tapping in treating the palsy of abducens nerve. Methods: Sixty patients of the palsy of abducens nerve were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus seven - star needle tapping and the control group received general acupuncture. Results:The total efficacy rate was 86. 7% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between two groups (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture plus seven - star needle tapping is an effective way to treat the palsy of abducens nerve.
