Animal experimental study has become an indispensable step for the study of various diseases and their therapeutic mechanisms. Animal mode of depression is also a key point for the study of depression. This paper analyzes characteristics of several kinds of animal modes of depression, and takes environmental stress animal mode, that is closer to the etiological characteristic of depression as the objective of the study. By analysis and comparison of applicable conditions of all environmental stress modes with the entry points of model preparation , objective, application and characteristics, and by combining the modes with characteristics of acupuncture therapy, this paper is to discuss the value as well as flaw of the application of environmental stress modes for the acupuncture experiment for depression.%动物实验研究已成为疾病及各种疗法治疗机制必不可少的途径,在抑郁症研究中,抑郁症的动物模型亦是研究该病发病机制的关键.本研究分析了抑郁症各种模型的特点,以更接近抑郁症病因学特点的环境应激动物模型的造模方法作为研究对象,抑郁症动物模型是研究该病发病机制的关键.本研究选取更接近抑郁症病因学特点的环境应激动物模型的造模方法进行综述,从模型制备的目的、应用及模型特点为切入点进行分析和比较,探讨各个环境应激模型的适用条件；并将其与针灸治疗的特点相结合,以探讨环境应激模型在抑郁症针刺实验中的价值与缺陷.
