目的:观察眼部内刺法与电针眼外肌穴治疗外展神经麻痹症的临床疗效.方法:采用单盲、随机、对照和前瞻性的研究方法,将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均在原发病稳定后采用针刺治疗.治疗组选用眼部内刺法及电针眼外肌穴,每日1次；对照组选用常规针刺法,每日1次.记录两组治疗前后眼球运动的范围和角度的变化,进行统计学处理.结果:治疗组总有效率97.5％,痊愈率60.0％；对照组总有效率77.5％,痊愈率15.0％.两组比较差异显著(P＜0.01).结论:眼部内刺法与电针眼外肌穴治疗外展神经麻痹症疗效显著,优于常规针刺治疗.%Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of eye -acupuncture with electro -acupuncture on ocular muscles as a main point treatment for abducens nerve paralysis. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Both of the two groups received the treatment when the primary diseases were stabilized. Treatment Group: we chose ocular muscles as a main point with the method of eye -acupuncture and electro - acupuncture once daily. Control Group: we adopted the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine once daily. Then we observed and recorded the ranges of ocular movement and the angle changed of diplopia in the two groups. Results: The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 97. 5% and 77. 5%. Heal rates were 60. 0% and 15. 0%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 01). Conclusion: Eye-acupuncture combined with electro - acupuncture on ocular muscles as a main point treatment is superior to the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine.
