电针配合西药治疗面神经炎的临床观察

摘要

Objective; To observe aupuncture plus western medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods ;60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with electroacu-puncture plus western medicine; control group with the western medicine. Results; According to the criteria of efficacy assessment, treatment group and control group, the total efficiency was 86. 67% and 63. 33% respectively. Total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Two groups had a significant difference (P <0. 05). Conclusion; Acupuncture plus western medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis has a remarkable curative effect.%目的:观察电针配合西药治疗面神经炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用电针配合西药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗.结果:按疗效标准评估疗效,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67％、63.33％,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:电针配合西药治疗面神经炎有显著的疗效.
