穴位注射为主治疗分娩性臂丛神经损伤的临床观察

摘要

Objectiev:To approach the clinical effect of acupoint injection in the treatment of obstetric brachial plexus palsy ( OBPP) .Methods:40 cases were divided into two groups ,with 20 cases in each group .All the pa-tients received passive motion training and acupuncture .The observation group received acupoint injection in addition.The clinical therapeutic effect was investigated .Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injec-tion is an effective method for obstetric brachial plexus palsy ,and it can significantly improve the rehabilitative effects and quality of life.%目的：探讨穴位注射对分娩性臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效观察。方法：将40例臂丛神经损伤患儿随机分为两组，观察组、对照组各20例。两组均给予被动功能康复训练和针刺治疗，观察组在此基础上配合穴位注射治疗，以临床疗效为观察指标。结果：治疗后，观察组疗效优于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：穴位注射是治疗分娩性臂丛神经损伤的一种有效方法，可以提高患儿的康复效果和生活质量。
