针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的临床研究进展

摘要

压力性尿失禁指在腹压突然增加时有尿液不自主流出现象的一种临床常见病,尤多见于中老年女性,严重影响患者身心健康和生活质量.综合近年来针灸在治疗本病中的运用情况,发现针灸包括毫针、电针、灸法及针灸结合骨盆肌训练等综合疗法对本病均有良好的疗效,并指出针灸治疗本病研究方法的一些问题和今后的研究方向.%Stress urinary incontinence is a sudden increase of the abdominal pressure, urine involuntary outflow phenomenon as a common disease, especially common among middle - aged women. It affects physical and mental health and quality of life seriously. According to the use of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease in recent years, we find that acupuncture needles, electro - acupuncture, moxibustion and acupuncture combined with pelvic muscle training therapy for this disease have a good efficacy, and point out some of the problems of acupuncture treatment therapy for this disease and future research directions.
