从“水俞五十七处”论治胰岛素抵抗

摘要

“Shui Yu fifty-seven” is rare in the acupuncture prescriptions from Canon of Medicine.The main clinical application is for the treatment of water metabolism disorders and the edema disease.It has been proved by clinical treatment for losing weight.The author uses this therapy for the clinical treatment of insulin resist-ance and achieves better results.“Shui Yu fifty-seven”in the treatment of insulin resistance is clinically new i-deas and new methods, which needs further study.%“水俞五十七处”是《内经》中不多见的针灸成方之一，临床主要应用治疗水液代谢障碍疾病及水肿病，已被临床证实治疗减肥疗效肯定。笔者在临床应用治疗胰岛素抵抗，取得较好效果。从“水俞五十七处”论治胰岛素抵抗是临床新思路、新方法，亟待进一步论证。
