放血疗法联合神阙温灸治疗下肢顽固性湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察放血疗法联合神阙温灸治疗下肢顽固性湿疹的临床疗效，为顽固性湿疹的治疗探寻一种安全有效的治疗方案。方法：将下肢顽固性湿疹患者48例随机分为治疗组25例，对照组23例，治疗组在阿是穴和背俞穴放血的基础上结合神阙温灸，对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗，4周后观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组临床症状总积分均明显改善，但治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗组与对照组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：放血疗法联合神阙温灸能够有效地改善湿疹症状，减少湿疹面积，且副作用少，操作安全，可广泛运用于临床。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion in the treatment of stubborn eczema of lower limb , and to search for a safe and effective treatment .Methods:48 pa-tients with stubborn eczema of lower limb were randomized into two groups , with 25 patients in the treatment group , and others in the control group .Patients in the treatment group were treated with bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion , and the patients in the control group were treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, and combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream .After a total of two courses treatment in each group , eczema area and clinical efficacy were observed .Results:The total scores in clinic were significantly improved in both groups after treatment .And the treatment group had a better result according to the indexes ( P<0 .05 ) .The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion can effectively relieve eczema symptoms and reduce eczema area ,with fewer side effects ,which is safe and can be widely used in clinical prac-tice.
