新型埋针法与传统针刺法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效评价

摘要

目的：探讨新型埋针法对康复疗法中的腰椎间盘突出症患者的突出作用。方法：将239例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表分为治疗组115例，对照组124例。对照组予传统针刺法配合综合康复治疗，治疗组予新型埋针法配合综合康复治疗。采用视觉模模拟评分（ VAS ）和日本骨科协会腰痛评分（ JOA）进行疗效评定。结果：两组患者治疗前后VAS评分和JOA评分各自比较均有统计学差异。治疗后治疗组和对照组的总有效率相比较具有统计学差异。结论：新型埋针法与传统针刺法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中均有疗效，两者相比较而言，前者更能有效提高患者日常活动能力，明显减轻患者疼痛。%Objective:To explore the prominent effect on prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc by rehabilitation with a new embedded stitch .Methods:239 patients with prolapse of lumber intervertebral were divided into two groups according to the random number table .One including 115 patients was called the treatment group ,and the other including 124 patients was called the control group .The control group was treated with traditional acu-puncture combined with rehabilitation .The treatment group was treated with the new embedded stitch combined with rehabilitation .The efficacy evaluation was assessed by VAS and JOA .Results:VAS scores and JOA scores in two groups before and after treatment were statistically different .The efficiency rate of the treatment group compared with the control group had a significant difference .Conclusion:Both of the new embedded stitch and traditional acupuncture have efficiency .Compare the new embedded stitch with traditional acupuncture ,the for-mer can improve the activities of daily living of patients better ,and relieve the pain more obviously .
