血脂异常人群行为生活方式干预并耳穴贴压的成本-效果分析

摘要

目的：通过对血脂异常人群进行行为生活方式干预及耳穴贴压的成本-效果分析，探讨经济有效的早期综合调脂方法。方法：将广州市越秀区六榕社区582例血脂异常中、低危人群随机分3组，进行为期15个月的干预治疗：综合干预组进行行为生活方式干预并耳穴贴压；耳穴贴压组进行单纯耳穴贴压；行为干预组进行单纯行为生活方式干预。把3组的血脂、血糖、血压等指标的变化情况用卫生经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行统计分析。结果：综合干预组各项生理指标的成本-效果比和敏感度分析均优于另外两组，增量成本-效果分析可为患者提供选择干预方式的依据。结论：对血脂异常中、低危人群给予行为生活方式干预并耳穴贴压综合干预的成本-效果优势明显，是一种较理想的慢性病防治模式，值得在基层社区卫生服务机构中推广。%Objective:To analyze the cost-effectiveness of lifestyle intervention combined with auricular points sticking-pressing on treating patients with dyslipidemia so as to provide an early efficient way for dyslipidemia . Methods:582 patients with low or moderate risk dyslipidemia in Liurong community of Yuexiu district in GZ were randomized into combined lifestyle intervention with auricular points sticking -pressing group , auricular points sticking-pressing group and lifestyle intervention group .All the patients were consecutively treated for 15 months,indexes of plasma lipid , blood sugar and blood pressure were recorded and analyzed by the methods of cost-effectiveness analysis .Results:The sensitivity and cost -effectiveness ratio of indexes of above in com-bined lifestyle intervention with auricular points sticking -pressing group were better than that of the other two groups .The incremental cost -effectiveness analysis could provide patients with scientific basis for selection of treatment.Conclusion:For the treatment of low or moderate risk dyslipidemia , lifestyle intervention combined with auricular points sticking -pressing has an advantage of good efficacy and less cost. It is worth popularizing in the primary and secondary prevention of chronic disease in the community health service .
