针挑平补平泻对少弱精子症患者生殖激素的调节影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the therapentic efficacy of mild reiforcing-attenuating needle pricking thera-py on sex hormone of patients with azoospermia.Methods:Randomly patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group.Explore the difference of semen analysis and sex hormone between two groups.Re-sults:After two monthsˊtreatment, the semen analysis and sex hormone in the treatment group turned better, closer to the record of those in the control group.Conclusion:Mild reinforcing-attenuating needle pricking therapy in the treatment of azoospermia is by regulating the sex hormone’ s bidirectional secretion.%目的：观察针挑平补平泻对少弱精子症患者精液及生殖激素的相关影响。方法：采用随机对照分组，观察少弱精子症患者经针挑平补平泻治疗后精液及生殖激素相关指标的变化，并与正常生育对照组相对比。结果：观察组经治疗后，精子常规及生殖激素检验结果明显较治疗前改善（P＜0．05），与对照组相比较，观察组治疗后的精液常规及生殖激素平均值更接近对照组数据。结论：针挑平补平泻治疗可明显改善少弱精子症患者的精子密度及活动力，其作用机制可能是通过对生殖激素分泌的双向调节功能，从而达到提高精子质量的效果。
