水针偶刺配合耳压法对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of water needling ( acupoint injection plus auricular ) and mechanism on diabetic hypoglycemic function.Methods:46 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 23 cases in each group.In two groups patients with primary diabetes received propaganda and education, controlling food, exercise and the original antidiabetic drug therapy,and the treat-ment group added water needling and ear pressure.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was bet-ter than that of the control group( P<0.01) .TCM syndrome and integral in the treatment group was also better than those in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Water needling plus auricular method has an obviously hypoglycemic effect and can improve the TCM syndrome.%目的：观察水针（穴位注射）加耳压治疗糖尿病降糖的临床疗效及作用机制。方法：将46例糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各23例，两组患者在原糖尿病宣教、控食、运动及原降糖药物治疗不变的基础上，治疗组加水针配合耳压治疗。结果：治疗组空腹降糖的临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01），治疗组临床症候和体征积分也优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：水针配合耳压法有明显的降糖疗效及改善中医证候的作用。
